Welcome to Everyday Korean, operated by Everyday Korean Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or registering for any of our workshops or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your country.
2. Services
Everyday Korean provides online Korean language education through the following:
- Free Workshop — a recurring live session open to all beginners, always free
- Paid Weekly Live Classes — interactive sessions for continuing students, scheduled regularly
- Lesson Platform — access to structured Korean lessons and learning materials
- Community — a members-only space to connect, practice, and learn with other students
Schedules and session times are subject to change. Current schedules are always available on our website.
3. Registration
By registering for a workshop or service, you agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to receive reminder messages via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or unsubscribing from emails.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid workshops are billed according to the plan you select. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We offer a satisfaction guarantee — if you're unhappy after your first paid workshop, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
- No refunds are provided for cancellations after 7 days of the billing period
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share workshop access links with others outside your subscription
- Record or redistribute workshop content without written permission
- Use our platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our community. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hi@everydaykorean.org. If your account is terminated for a violation, you may not re-register without our permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, materials, and curriculum are owned by Everyday Korean Limited. You may use the materials for personal learning only. Redistribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
8. Availability
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered alternative access or a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Everyday Korean is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
